Learn All About Work-Study

Work-study allows eligible students to earn money toward their educational expenses by working a part-time job at a NOVA campus.

The program is administered by campus Work-Study Coordinators and the college Financial Aid Office.

Work-study Benefits

Work-study has multiple benefits for students, including:

  • Hourly pay is between $10 to $11 an hour
  • Work where you study – and vice-versa
  • Hands-on work experience
  • Potential to acquire references
  • Involvement with NOVA operations and activities
